The Boelaremeersen are a nature reserve in the Flemish Ardennes in South-East Flanders. The nature reserve is located on the territory of the city of Geraardsbergen on the Dender near the municipalities of Schendelbeke and Nederboelare. To the south of the area is the Barony of Boelare.
The Boelaremeersen consist of lake land with hay meadows, valley forests, canals, reed beds and wet brush. There are also poplar forests, which were planted for the match factory in the city. Part of it has been cut down to restore the natural environment.
