Kasteel Couthof is a castle near the town of Proven, in the municipality of Poperinge, West Flanders, located at Couthoflaan 31, 50.
Its known history dates back to 1350, when the Van Hoorn family had a playhouse built there. In 1743 the domain came into the possession of the Mazeman family. In 1763, the buyer's son, Jean François de Sales de Mazeman, had the current country residence built.
