Here Our Lady was worshipped against "bleeding." In the past there would have been a wooden chapel in the forest that was cleared by Van Kempen. When the forest was cleared, this chapel was moved and built in stone. The preservation of the chapel was done at the insistence of van Kempen's sister, who was very godly. She also donated the main altar and baptismal font of the Parish Church.
