St. Joseph's Church is the parish church of the town of Sint-Jozef in the Antwerp municipality of Rijkevorsel, located on Kerkdreef 66.De construction of the Dessel-Turnhout-Schoten Canal from 1864-1866 led to industrialization, in particular the foundation of brick factories and, in nearby Beerse, a cement factory. Workers' houses were built and a parish was founded in 1905. Initially, the church was built in a temporary church and from 1907-1909 a permanent church was built to a design by Jules Taeymans.
