Central park Ostend

The name Central Park comes from New York

There you also have the large park between all high apartment buildings. They wanted to create a bit of the same feeling on Oosteroever. For example, there is greenery and nature around the buildings.

There is also a city river built along the building where water always flows. That is a babbling brook in warm and dry weather , and a dynamic water feature in heavy rainfall. The system is made in such a way that when it rains, the rainwater does not end up directly in the sewers. The water infiltrates into the ground little by little through innovative drainage chutes under Central Park.
