El nombre Central Park proviene de Nueva York.
Allí también tienes el gran parque entre todos los edificios de apartamentos altos. Querían crear un poco del mismo sentimiento en Oosteroever. Por ejemplo, hay vegetación y naturaleza alrededor de los edificios.
También hay un río de la ciudad construido a lo largo del edificio donde el agua siempre fluye. El sistema está hecho de tal manera que cuando llueve, el agua de lluvia no va a parar directamente a las alcantarillas. El agua se infiltra en el suelo poco a poco a través de innovadores conductos de drenaje bajo Central Park.
