Since 2018, bronze figurines with a blue cape have been placed at the four cafés Den Hert, De Kameleon, Dudu, and Den Buro. These four 'skribbels' are a creation of Carlos Caluwier. The resident of Zwevegem was inspired by the late village fool Gilbert Dekyvere, alias Skribbel.
They are somewhat of a caricature of the Heulenaar: curious, determined, hospitable, and open to a party.
