Beautiful hike in the superb forest of Marche-les-Dames. Starting from the abbey of Vivier, crossing forests and meadows, a detour by the village of Bonnine and its church, and especially the cliffs of Marche-les-Dames with magnificent viewpoints over the Meuse.
BUT... if it has rained recently, good boots will be necessary due to some muddy passages.
It should be noted that there is a very steep ascent before reaching the high trail of the cliffs of Marche-les-Dames (a rope is also installed, and will help you not to slip).
A nice restaurant brewery within the walls of the old abbey. On the route, a resting area is available in front of the church of Bonnine (benches).
