Multimovement path De Weefberg

On the 2 km long route you will find 12 different play elements: climbing and balancing on tree trunks, swinging on a rope, making sounds with natural elements on the xylophone, competing with an animal in the long jump zone, etc. In addition, there is a larger area where children can play freely and build camps.

The play forest and the multimovement path are part of the three adventurous 'Children in Charge' walks within the 'Landscape Park de Merode'. They are also located near hiking junction 100, the most popular hiking junction in Flanders. Together with the Abbey of Averbode and the Lekdreef, they will undoubtedly become new attractions for young and old!

The signposted route of the multimovement path starts on Boonstraat in Averbode. The starting totem immediately invites you to go exploring. Parking is available at parking 2 by Scout Averbode and VBS De Vlindertuin (Boonstraat z/n, 3271 Averbode), alternatively parking 1 at Het Moment (blue zone, Herseltsebaan 2, 3271 Averbode).
