You cycle along quiet roads towards the heritage site of Ename located by the Scheldt. The route starts with a cobblestone path, one of the many paths that this region has, and then continues along rural and rolling roads to Ename. You descend towards the center of Ename along Baambrugstraat. Be sure to take some time in the center of Ename. A bit further along the route, you will also find the Abbey of Ename. You then take the quiet towpath along the Scheldt towards Nederzwalm. Once back in Nederzwalm, you can take an additional loop along the Zwalmbeekpad to enjoy all the peaceful little roads that this region has to offer.
