The Multimovepad Sint-Annapark is a marked two-kilometer path that starts and ends at the entrance of Sint-Annapark at the Sint-Anna swimming pool (Gidsenlaan 1, 9990 Maldegem). The path winds along paved and unpaved roads through the beautiful and attractive Sint-Annapark in the heart of Maldegem. Along the way, children can practice their 12 motor skills on 19 wooden structures and natural play elements. The path is also accessible for wheelchairs and strollers.

Pick up extra materials

Project realized through a wonderful collaboration between various parties

This unique, sporty, and environmentally friendly project was established through good collaborations and cross-pollinations with the local secondary school GO! middle school and athenaeum Courtmanslaan, Sport Flanders, the Agency for Nature and Forest, the social enterprise ‘Kiemkracht,’ and the involved municipal services.

All the structures were built by the woodworking students of GO! middle school and athenaeum Courtmanslaan with wood from fallen trees in the Drongengoed forest.
