Description by the author

What could be more fun than being able to go to one of the most beautiful natural waterfalls in the country?

From the first meters, the wild beauty of the surroundings will surprise you. Nature is even more beautiful when it is adorned with vibrant autumnal colors. Can you hear the river roaring at your feet? The water, impregnated with pyrite, has a strange red hue. As you climb a hill, you'll hear the sound of the nine-meter-high waterfall plunging into a wide pool.

A surprising sight for our "flat" country. Remember that the High Fens, which are a stone's throw away, form a huge sponge! And that from there a mass of water flows to the valleys and reservoirs. Continue uphill. Don't worry, because the summit is not far away. You first walk along the "Fagne de Tîrifaye" and a little later you cross a landscape that is not inferior to the real mountains on the way down. Along the Poubon River, logging accentuates the narrowness of the canyon that has worn out the river. Here and there, wooden bridges make it possible to avoid fords: thoroughbred adventurers will love it!
