Varied family bike tour that runs partly over a few Flemish Ardennes hills, partly in the Scheldt valley and the region of Zingem. The slopes (including Korte Ast, Volkegemberg, Wolvenberg, Molenberg) are for the slightly sportier cyclist, but they are never long, and those who do not get up with their "steel steed" can always take it easy with the bike by hand. There are some unpaved sections and pieces with cobblestones, but they are of such a nature that anyone with a decent bike can cycle them without any problems.
