Search for a watercourse: The park Drie Fonteinen in Vilvoorde

Walk of about 5 km (+/- 2h) - staff maps NGI 23/7-8. It is best to set the map style in RouteYou to 'TOPOKAART' to follow the walk.

Departure: parking sports stadium Drie Fonteinen, near stop Waterbus 'Drie Fonteinen'.

Three old castle domains in one, on the banks of the Senne and the Brussels-Scheldt Sea Canal. There is no stream through this park, but the link with the water is there.
The park is located on the left bank of the Brussels-Scheldt Sea Canal, adjacent to the water. A little further away, parallel to
the canal, the Senne meanders through the landscape.
The immense Brussels-North sewage treatment plant
that you see from here, already at the beginning of 2008
a cleaner Senne.
