AzureWelcome to the archaeological park of Ename Abbey. This digital route guides you through the archaeological park on the basis of 12 fascinating stories. Pam Ename was able to develop this digital route partly thanks to the European Interreg IVA project, Dostrade. Also take a walk along the information panels, discover the time window and visit the museum, the church and the Forest.
The provincial government of East Flanders, the Flemish Land Agency VLM and the Land Development Project Leie en Schelde are responsible for the realization of the evocation of the old abbey gardens and the abbey site.
The museum is located just next to the St. Lawrence Church, a few hundred meters from here.
