On this piece of natural beauty you can stretch your legs on a varied running course. Do you walk the small loop? Then you will find mainly forest land of the Reigersbos on your way. Do you run the longer loop? Then you will feel more paved surface underfoot. But you will definitely enjoy a beautiful view with the port of Antwerp in the background!
