The Ardooie hiking route is a true forest and park walk. It starts in Ardooie at the parking lot of the provincial domain 't Veld. You pass by the castle of Ardooie and get to know the rich green surroundings of the domain. The start of the hike also offers some beautiful panoramas of the forest area. After a while, the route truly immerses into 't Veld, which takes on the atmosphere of a park. There you will find, besides forests and the castle, ponds and perfectly straight avenues.
