AzureThis cycle route leads you through a region steeped in mystery! In Wetteren you may find out who stole the panel from the Righteous Judges. Or can we find the panel in the Bareldon Chapel? Furthermore, you will be treated to stories about witch trials, local mysteries and legends. In between, enjoy the local products such as the Ghent Altarpiece beer or the Magic Witch.
The cycle route starts in Wetteren and takes you along field roads to Laarne, Kalken, Donk, Berlare, Uitbergen, Schellebelle and Massemen.
The bicycle brochures are available free of charge from the Tourist Services of Wetteren, Laarne, Berlare and Wichelen. Also in the 'open churches' Sint-Gertrudiskerk in Wetteren and the Sint-Dionysiuskerk in Kalken offer you these brochures.
