In the extreme south of our country, it sometimes feels like Provence. Beyond the wild Ardennes, the landscape seduces with its gentle slopes and the climate is surprisingly pleasant. The Semois winds peacefully between meadows and woods. It is in this superb setting that Florenville appears. If it has only a handful of streets, in Gaume, this is enough to bear the title of city. Édouard Bechoux, Gaumais by birth, defends the honor of Belgian chocolate.
