Soap walk Keerbergen

On this walk, you explore the extreme southwest corner of Keerbergen. You walk for a bit through the Broekelei and enjoy the spaciousness of the Dijle valley before strolling through the green and residential neighborhood of Zeept.

The Zeept walk starts and ends at the Brasserie, Emiel Opdebeecklaan 33, Keerbergen. There is parking available for the car.

Take the Spuibeekweg and walk to the Duivebergen. At the end of the Duivebergen, you take the unpaved Broekeleipad on the edge of the alder swamp forest bordered by pollard willows. Follow this path to the gate of the Galloway meadow (at the level of the reed field of the small-scale wastewater treatment). Walk through the meadow of the Galloways, towards the Rosstal. Keep the Rostal on your right and follow the path through the forest to the Dijlestraat.

On the Dijlestraat, take the unpaved path to the Dijledijk. Head west on the Dijledijk and enjoy the wide bends of the Dijle. After about 700 meters, you can leave the Dijledijk via a slope and adjacent path and walk to the Zeeptstraat. Follow the Zeepstraat all the way to the north (see map). From there, back to the starting point/end point of the walk.
