Beaver walk Borzee

A beautiful walk in the forests of Maboge and Borzee. With a bit of luck, crêperie Le Clos Rene is open and you can have a pancake after 6km.

The walk starts slightly uphill along a wide avenue, directly into the forest. This avenue gradually becomes a narrow path through countless beaver burrows after crossing the stream "Ruisseau de la Mer". After a while, you will have to climb up the sides of the valley because the beavers have taken over the original path and flooded it. After a short climb via a root path, you will reach a wide gravel road. This road then descends again towards the Ruisseau de la Mer.

Then it’s a bit steep uphill at the beginning of the "Wall of Borzee," but fortunately, you don’t have to do that.

At the foot of the wall, you turn left along a beautiful path on the side of the wall with a stunning view over the valley.

Then you head towards the center of Borzee where the crêperie is located. From there, it gradually goes downhill through more beaver burrows, back towards the car.

The walk is nearly entirely offroad.
