For this beautiful junction hike, we parked the car at the grounds of FC De Heidebloem in Retie. We did it under a sun-drenched sky on 07/08/2021. A period when many plants are in bloom. One walks past wonderfully fragrant lime trees, privet, and the large fields of potato blossoms add their delightful sweet scent on top.

It is a very varied hike that alternates through the woods, on narrow paths, then over wide field roads, and then over paved roads. Just when you think: "Now I have had enough pavement!" it dives into the woods or field.
