The route starts at the parking lot behind the church of Hertsberge. First it goes to the Kraaiveldbos (can be swampy) and then passes the flood plain of the Blauwhuisbeek and Piewittte at Wildenburg. There are some catering establishments.
It continues to the Vagevuurbossen where a lot of heather restoration work has been done.
We return via the Vorsevijvers to arrive back at the starting point.
In Café het Oud Gemeentehuis you can reminisce about this beautiful trip through the woods with a snack and a drink.
