Description by the author

A great open cycling race organized every year in May/June (31st of May in 2009) around Lake Geneva, or Lac Leman as the locals know it. The full course is from Lausanne to Lausanne and it is about 175km (even if they say it is 180). It is completely flat, so it is a fast race, the quick peloton goes above 40km/h.
