At first glance, the Buchheim Museum is reminiscent of Fallingwater, architect Frank Lloyd Wright's modernist icon. This may have something to do with the protruding platforms that immediately catch the eye here as well. That's as far as the resemblance goes, nothing more. In any case, an attempt has been made to create a suitable, modern accommodation for the content - expressionism of Die Brücke (1905-1913). That in itself is to be commended.
