Märkische Höhe is an official municipality in the district of Märkisch-Oderland in Brandenburg. It is managed by the office of Neuhardenberg.
The municipality is located on the northern edge of the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, between Seelow and Bad Freienwalde. To the south, the Stobbertal nature reserve borders the municipality. It borders the municipalities of Reichenow-Möglin and Bliesdorf to the north, the municipality of Neuhardenberg to the east, the independent city of Müncheberg and the affiliated city of Buckow to the south, as well as the municipality of Oberbarnim.
