Märkische Höhe er en kommunal tilknyttet kommune i Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland i Brandenburg. Den administreres af Amt Neuhardenberg.
Kommune ligger på den nordlige kant af naturparken Märkische Schweiz, mellem Seelow og Bad Freienwalde. I syd afgrænser naturreservatet Stobbertal kommuneområdet. Den grænser op til kommunerne Reichenow-Möglin og Bliesdorf mod nord, til kommunen Neuhardenberg mod øst, til den amtsfrie by Müncheberg og den amtsknuttede by Buckow samt kommunen Oberbarnim mod syd.
