Küstelberg is a locality of the Hanseatic city of Medebach in the Hochsauerlandkreis in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
Küstelberg is located in the northern part of the Rothaar Mountains and is part of the municipality of Medebach.
The village is located between the mountains Hillekopf, the Schlossberg, the Großer Höcherkopf and the Reetsberg.
The village centre near the church is located at an altitude of 666m.
