Welver Abbey was a Cistercian abbey in Welver near Soest. It was founded around 1240. It existed until secularization in 1809. The old monastery church of St. Albanus and Cyriakus is now a Protestant parish church. The new monastery church of St. Bernhard, built around 1700, is now a Catholic parish church.
