The Nachtigallental is a 1,000-metre-long, north-south valley in the centre of the municipality of Hüllhorst, Minden-Lübbecke district. It begins at the Husemühle, a water mill that was extensively restored in the 1990s not far from the "Alte Straße", a country road that connects the towns of Hüllhorst and Niedringhausen, and ends at the Bauernbad, "Bad Lusmühle", a thermal bath with a high sulphur content. At the southern end of the valley there is a public barbecue area.
