The Korbisch House is a late Romanesque secular building constructed with the incorporation of older masonry in Treis-Karden in the Cochem-Zell district of Rhineland-Palatinate. The building, largely preserved in its condition from the early 13th century, has the current address St.-Castor-Straße 1 and is located right next to the Trier–Koblenz railway line. According to current research, it is the oldest privately owned residential building still used for living purposes in Germany.
