The Paul-Marien-Stift is a listed city villa located at Großherzog-Friedrich-Straße 46 in Saarbrücken.
Businessman Emil Haldy and his wife Charlotte Sophie had an elegant villa built by architect Gustav Schmoll in 1879/80. In 1894, following the early death of their children Paul and Maria, they transferred part of their wealth into a foundation and donated the villa, which was planned as a residence, to the Protestant congregation of St. Johann, which used the house as a home for the elderly and orphans. In February 1912, the church congregation submitted an application for the construction of a balcony. In 1924, architect Albert Deesz was commissioned to add another floor to the building. In 1932, the house was equipped with an elevator, and in 1937 the kitchen was expanded. In 1988 and 1993, the villa was extensively remodeled and expanded, as it was subsequently intended to be used as an administrative and practice building.
