(Attention! Detour signposted.) The tour follows a large part of an attractive section of the Elbe Cycle Path in the Elbe meadows between Schönebeck (Elbe) and Barby, not far from the state capital Magdeburg, and encounters a variety of tourist attractions.

Start the tour at the main points in Schönebeck (Elbe), Barby, or Plötzky. On the route, which is easily manageable for all age groups, you will find a variety of sights and interesting places. The route is mostly on well-developed cycle paths with a strong connection to nature.

From the A 14 motorway, take the Schönebeck exit and follow the signs towards the center.
