Short Description

This circular route takes you on the trail of former Chancellor Otto von Bismarck. He was born on 01.04.1815 in the town of Schönhausen. Even today, you can admire parts of the former estate grounds here. Take the time to visit the Bismarck exhibition in the former gatehouse and stroll through the baroque garden. You will also find evidence of the Bismarck era in the Romanesque church. Afterwards, follow the dike to Fischbeck, where you can still discover a very well-preserved Bismarck stone in the town center.
