From Hohentengen we start at the town hall square (parking available) and cycle along the Hochrhein cycle path along the German side to Lienheim, Reckingen and Rheinheim.
In the middle of the village - right at the customs crossing to Switzerland - is the Catholic church of St. Michael. Continue in the direction of Waldshut to Kadelburg and turn right into Bergstrasse in the town center (before the right-hand bend). It is a somewhat steep climb - but once you reach the Protestant mountain church in Kadelburg, the view of the Rhine Valley is well worth it.
