Großer Dreiländer Radweg

Follow in the footsteps of the former states of the Kingdom of Württemberg, the Grand Duchy of Baden and the Principality of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen. Along the way, you will repeatedly come across border posts that show you which "country" you are in.

Large wooded areas and well-developed paths make Ostrach the ideal cycling region. Combine sporting activity with the conscious discovery of your cultural and historical surroundings on this leisurely cycle tour through idyllic landscapes. This cycle tour mostly leads along paved, not always car-free side roads and is not specially signposted.

The Amtshaus Ostrach, a former Hohenzollern municipality, is home to the local history, folklore and boundary stone museum. The folklore museum in the former Salemer Amtshaus is home to many different exhibits from rural life on the first two floors. The focus is on "Folklore of the 19th century". Special exhibitions are also shown regularly.
The local history museum, which occupies the upper two floors of the Amtshaus, focuses on the following exhibitions, among others: The battle for Ostrach in 1799, the Ostrach song manuscript from around 1740, the robber chief "Schwarz Vere" and peat.
The tour leads via Tafertsweiler, to Hoßkirch, past the Bannwald tower and boundary stone museum, through Spöck and Wangen back to Ostrach.
