Danube experience - This tour takes you past a nature reserve, through the Urdonau valley to warm springs and finally along the Danube back to Ehingen.
The Urdonau valley, a wide valley that stretches from Ehingen to the west, is particularly scenic.
The only thing missing is the usual river that washed the valley out of the mountain. Until 150,000 years ago, this river was the Danube, which left this section of the valley after a landslide. What remains is a beautiful piece of nature, which you cross on this tour.
The "Blue Quarry" nature reserve and the warm springs of Algershofen are also part of this route. Enjoy a piece of Upper Swabian nature and let the calming sound of the Danube accompany you as you cycle back to Ehingen.
