Narrow streets, picturesque corners, half-timbered gables, and impressive churches are epitomes of the charm that historical city centers exert. Each city shows its own face: ensembles of buildings and street scenes vary as much as the interplay of old and new building substance, of culture and nature, of urban bustle and experiencing the landscape.
