You hike from the hiking parking lot Rellmecke to the winter side of the Sorpe Valley. Here, many deep forests are waiting for you, but also wonderful views. Towards the end of the tour, you hike along the "old church path" in Obersorpe. There you pass by a very old tree with its associated small shrine. This is a good place for a short rest. Afterwards, you walk along the valley path, past the sports field and the river that gives the valley its name, the Sorpe, back to the starting point.
