Bike Arena Sauerland - Short Border Crossing

Until the first hairpin bends after Oberhundem, it's time to warm up. Just before the Rhein-Weser Tower, we turn right towards Panorama Park. After a few undulating kilometers, we throw ourselves down the descent to Heinsberg in a "free fall." Despite the fantastic panoramic view, it's important to stay focused. The climb into the Siegerland to Helberhausen should not be underestimated. Real climbing skills are required there. On the way back to the Sauerland, the ascent is relatively consistent, but longer. You can relax again from Brachthausen onwards, as the long descent back to Kirchhundem follows.
