Circular hiking trail to Pimpinellenberg

As a starting point for numerous hikes, the city of Oderberg is very well known for its outstanding location and the steep slopes of the Oderbruch. The circular hiking tour starts in the city center and goes through meadows and pastures towards Liepe to Pimpinellenberg. This hill is very popular among hikers and nature lovers for its wonderful views of Lake Oderberger and the adjacent Lower Oderbruch. Rising 120 meters above sea level, the hill is part of the Chorin End Moraine Landscape and has been protected as a nature reserve since 1990. Botany and fauna enthusiasts, as well as hikers and nature lovers, will find plenty to enjoy. A resting place at the lime tree in front of the windmill field and on Pimpinellenberg invite you to linger and refresh.
