From the starting point in Alverdissen, head towards Blomberg through the Krähenholz forest. At the windmill stub on Saalberg, you can look out at Köterberg, Hohen Asch, and the Hermannsdenkmal at 330 meters above sea level. Afterwards, follow the X5 trail through a beech forest for a while. Particularly beautiful is the "Sleeping Beauty Trail," which can be taken as an alternative route near Herborn. For a detailed route description, visit www.tbv-jahn-alverdissen.de.
