The traditional life of the small Slavic ethnic group - the Sorbs - can be discovered on the approximately 27 km long cycle path through the eight Sorbian villages. The unique folk music, played on the Sorbian bagpipes and the three-stringed violin, living traditions, the wearing of traditional costumes and the cultivation of the Sorbian language bring visitors closer to a very special region.
A suitable starting point for the circular cycle route is Schleife with the Sorbian Cultural Center and the early Gothic Protestant church. The cycle route takes you past the Groß Düben forest lake, Halbendorfer See lake and Trebendorf with its Reinert ranch. The latter not only offers horseback rides, but also exciting quad tours.
