This family-friendly themed route takes you to the places of mining history in the left Lower Rhine region. You can start either in Neukirchen-Vluyn (Vluyner Platz) or in Kamp-Lintfort (Schirrhof).
You have the opportunity to visit the educational tunnel as part of a guided tour or to ride the winding tower and enjoy the view from above.
A diverse musical and culinary offer at Schirrhof is provided by the Schirrhof Festival (free admission to the outdoor area, event by Stefan Verhasselt in the horse stable requires paid admission).
