Description by the author

The only connecting tour through the mountains of the Tegernsee Valley with the Isar Valley and Lenggries. It goes up to 1340m and down to 679m via beautiful alpine pastures. A longer tour that is perfect for exploring the mountains east of the Isar. The views of the Tegernsee are not long in coming, the summit of the Fockenstein (a striking mountain seen from the Tegernsee) is not needed for this and the Tegernsee is waiting after the tour to cool off after the exertions of the tour.
