The Apple Path Schonungen is a demanding 18.7-kilometer circular hike that takes you through the impressive nature of the Hausener Talhänge nature reserve. With 520 meters of elevation, the route offers both challenging ascents and breathtaking views. On your way through the tranquil landscapes of Schonungen and Marktsteinach, you will primarily experience unpaved paths that take you far away from traffic noise. The route is well signposted and invites you to enjoy the diverse flora and fauna in a largely natural setting.
