Description by the author

The Harkortsee and the Hengsteysee are 2 reservoirs on the German river Ruhr. The bike ride takes you along these lakes and also for a large part goes into the countryside where cycling is pleasant. Departing and finishing is done in the easily accessible Dortmund.
