The Schaumburg Land - Mill Route takes you on a challenging course of 68.4 kilometers through the picturesque nature surrounding the Old Quarry Liekwegen. With 632 meters of elevation, the loop-shaped, well-marked route not only offers impressive views but also passes by fascinating places such as Hohnhorst and the St. John's Chapel. Most of the path is paved and in excellent condition, allowing you to fully concentrate on the beauty of the surroundings. Let the diversity of nature inspire you and enjoy the ride.

Additional information:

On the circular tour around the Bückeberg, various types of mills can be discovered. Grain mills, saw mills, oil mills, powder mills, paper mills. Some of these old structures are still intact and can be explored along the Mill Route.
