Nexø Parish
is a parish community
on the Danish island of Bornholm.
Until 1970, it belonged to the Harde Bornholms Sønder Herred in the then Bornholm County, after which, with the abolition of the hard structure, it became part of the Nexø Municipality in the unchanged Bornholm County, which in turn merged into the Bornholm Regional Municipality in January 2003. The Regional Municipality was initially – like Copenhagen and Frederiksberg – free of municipalities, thus directly subject to the state, and was then assigned to the Capital Region with the municipal reform on January 1, 2007.
The parish has 3,630 inhabitants, of which 3,607 live in the village of Nexø. The church "Nexø Kirke" is located in the parish.
