Vestskoven, campsite with shelters by the Lindegård barn

Campgrounds are reserved for groups of 15 people or more. This is also a criterion for being able to book the campsite.

At this campsite, there are 3 shelters, with space for 5-6 people in each. Additionally, you are welcome to set up smaller (2-3 person) tents at the campsite if you have more people.

In addition to the three shelters, there is a fire pit with a grill and several picnic tables.

There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet. Please bring your own toilet paper and possibly wet wipes.

There is no garbage bin. Therefore, bring garbage bags to take your own waste home. Leave the area as you would like to find it.

It is allowed to gather small dry wood from the forest floor for use in the fire ring. It is advisable to bring a small saw and a small splitting axe and kindling blocks. Never saw into the living trees. Alternatively, bring barbecue charcoal.

Furthermore, follow the instructions on the information sign at the campsite.

Advance Booking: You can book priority for overnight camping at the campsite including the fire pit, etc.

You can book a maximum of two consecutive nights.

Bookings can be made no earlier than 1 year before the overnight stay.

When booking, you must take the campsite into use before 8 PM, otherwise your priority will be canceled.

Access Conditions: Motor vehicles are not allowed to the site and no permission can be sought for this. It is part of the experience to walk there. Alternatively, use a cart or similar for packing.

The nearest parking spaces are Reumerts Ege and Viking Village. Both are about 1.5 km away from the campsite.
